Why are there sulfates in the formula?
All the other Coco & Eve products are sulfate-free. However, since the Clarifying Detox Shampoo is meant to provide deep cleansing, using a sulfate would be able to best achieve this. Sulfates aren’t always bad. If used at the right concentration, it can be a very effective cleansing agent. Ultimately, by adding sulfates in this shampoo, it would allow for better & more optimal penetration of other Coco & Eve products.
Does the Clarifying Detox Shampoo have a tendency to dry out the hair?
