Is this Clarifying Detox Shampoo recommended for daily use?

No, it isn't really intended for daily use – it's more like a special treat for your hair! It's designed to give your hair a deep cleanse and some extra love. Once or twice a week would be enough.

Why are there sulfates in the formula?

All the other Coco & Eve products are sulfate-free. However, since the Clarifying Detox Shampoo is meant to provide deep cleansing, using a sulfate would be able to best achieve this. Sulfates aren’t always bad. If used at the right concentration, it can be a very effective cleansing agent. Ultimately, by adding sulfates in this shampoo, it would allow for better & more optimal penetration of other Coco & Eve products.

Does the Clarifying Detox Shampoo have a tendency to dry out the hair?

Infused with hibiscus cider vinegar and lemon peel extract, this shampoo purifies deeply without moisture loss! In addition, it removes excess oils, dirt, and product build-up, leaving your hair soft and bouncy.

How often should I use a clarifying shampoo?

Use this clarifying shampoo 1–2 times a week, depending on your hair type and styling routine, to keep your scalp and strands free from buildup.
