You can’t change or cancel an order once it’s processed, so it’s best you get your order right the first time around. How long does shipping take for Black Friday orders?

Because of high order volumes, Black Friday orders may take several business days to dispatch, plus standard delivery time for your country. My friend has received their order, where's mine?

Don’t panic – if you ordered before your BFF, but they received their goodies first, it’s not a sign your package is MIA. Our warehouses pack and ship in the most efficient way possible, which isn’t always chronological. Geographical differences play a part too!
